📖 Read the five-group Hindi flashcard learning guide

Five-in-one Hindi flashcards for LKG bring together Hindi varnamala, numbers, fruits, vegetables and colours. LKG is also called Junior KG or JR KG. These groups give families and teachers several ways to introduce familiar spoken words and connect them with pictures, symbols and printed labels. Choose one small group at a time instead of presenting every card together.

Begin with show-and-say practice. Show a picture, name it clearly in Hindi and invite the child to point, repeat or find its partner. A banana picture uses the label рдХреЗрд▓рд╛ in these activities. If the child knows another name or uses English, acknowledge the response and introduce the Hindi word intended for that task. Independent reading is not required.

Varnamala cards connect letter shapes with familiar words. рдЖрдо begins with рдЖ, рдХреЗрд▓рд╛ with рдХ, рдЧрд╛рдЬрд░ with рдЧ and рдмреИрдВрдЧрди with рдм. The picture-mail game revisits these associations. Number cards connect written numerals with number names; the memory activity pairs реи with рджреЛ, рек with рдЪрд╛рд░, рем with рдЫрд╣ and рео with рдЖрда.

Fruit and vegetable flashcards support naming and everyday food-group sorting. This page uses familiar examples such as рд╕реЗрдм, рдХреЗрд▓рд╛, рдЖрдо, рдЕрдВрдЧреВрд░, рдЧрд╛рдЬрд░, рдЖрд▓реВ, рдмреИрдВрдЧрди and рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ. The sorting task follows the everyday food groups shown in the activity rather than teaching botanical classification. Name the card before asking the child to place it in a basket.

Colour cards use clear colour samples with Hindi names such as рд▓рд╛рд▓, рдкреАрд▓рд╛, рдиреАрд▓рд╛ and рд╣рд░рд╛. The samples are intentionally separate from food pictures, because a fruit or vegetable may appear in different colours. рдирд╛рд░рдВрдЧреА is used as a colour name, while рд╕рдВрддрд░рд╛ is a fruit name. The painting task asks children to colour four blocks according to a named pattern.

The twenty-question online quiz covers all five learning groups with five easy, seven average and eight thinking questions. Thinking prompts compare groups, repair labels, connect first letters and count small pictured sets. An adult can read every question and option while the child points or taps. English navigation controls make it easy to revisit and submit; answers and explanations appear after submission.

The ten activities include a mixed card explorer, alphabet-picture mail, number memory, food baskets, colour painting, a fruit collection, label repair, picture counting, a vocabulary book and optional tracing. The explorerтАЩs twenty online sample cards are a selected practice deck. Their count is not a claim about the number of cards in the downloadable PDF.

Optional tracing offers letter, numeral, food and colour labels with one red pen and dotted guides. Undo, Clear and a blank-board option help children revise an attempt. An adult can read the label and demonstrate classroom writing; the board does not assess handwriting. 💬 5 in 1 Hindi Flashcards FAQs

😊 What do these 5 in 1 Hindi flashcards cover?

The resource covers Hindi varnamala, Hindi numbers, fruit names, vegetable names and colour names. Online activities practise selected examples from these five groups.

😊 How do I use Hindi flashcards with an LKG child?

Show a few familiar cards, say each Hindi label and invite the child to point, repeat or match a partner. Use one small group at a time and keep the activity playful.

😊 Does my child need to read the Hindi labels independently?

No. An adult can read the labels and instructions. Pointing to the named picture or matching its partner is a useful way to participate.

😊 How can I teach fruit and vegetable names in Hindi?

Use familiar pictures or real objects, say the Hindi names and revisit them through matching or everyday food-group sorting. For example, introduce рдХреЗрд▓рд╛, рд╕реЗрдм, рдЧрд╛рдЬрд░ and рдЖрд▓реВ.

😊 How can I teach Hindi colour names?

Show a clear colour sample and say its Hindi name. Begin with a few colours such as рд▓рд╛рд▓, рдкреАрд▓рд╛, рдиреАрд▓рд╛ and рд╣рд░рд╛, then match samples or follow a short colour pattern.

😊 Is рдирд╛рд░рдВрдЧреА a colour name or a fruit name?

рдирд╛рд░рдВрдЧреА is used here for the orange colour. рд╕рдВрддрд░рд╛ is the name used for the orange fruit. Clear labels help distinguish the two tasks.

😊 What games can I play with Hindi flashcards?

Try picture-name matching, letter-picture mail, memory pairs, food sorting, number-name matching or a small picture book. Select games that use words the child understands.

😊 How many flashcards should I introduce at once?

Choose a small, manageable set according to the childтАЩs attention and familiarity. Revisit known cards and add new ones gradually; the full collection need not be used in one session.

😊 Can I print the Hindi flashcard PDF?

Use the existing download option on this page, then preview the resource before printing. The twenty online explorer cards are separate samples, not the PDFтАЩs stated card count.

😊 Can these flashcards support a child learning Hindi as an additional language?

Yes, with adult support and clear picture names. Connect each Hindi word to a familiar object or colour, and allow pointing and listening before expecting spoken or written responses.
